Every task on the review queue that has closed, newest first. Each row names the record, the check that raised it, how the work ended and who closed it, and opens a page for the task with what changed, the sources it rested on and the reasoning, so every row can be checked without taking this page on trust.

Newest closure first. Search by task number, record or check, or filter by the check that raised a task or by who closed it. The task number opens the task's own page; hover a check, an outcome or who closed it to see what it means.

How to read who closed a task
- GunSpec team: a person worked the task, or corrected the record so the check no longer finds anything wrong with it. Most closed tasks are the second kind, and the outcome column says so. The team is named as one team, never as a person.
- Redback: the agent searched and filed a conclusion that nobody has reviewed yet. Its row says it is waiting on review, and nothing it concluded reaches the catalogue until a person accepts it.
- Redback, accepted by the GunSpec team: the agent did the work and a person checked the answer and agreed with it.
- The outcome says how the work ended: fixed in the catalogue, a value found, searched and not findable, or a record that is right as it stands.
- What a worker proposed, the note it was closed with and who reviewed it stay private. An answer nobody has accepted, published beside a record, would read as a fact about that record.
